Thank you for using CircumPay("the App"). This policy statement outlines the terms and conditions related to the deletion of user accounts within the App. By deleting your account, you agree to comply with the guidelines outlined below.

1. User Consent:

Account deletion is an irreversible action. By initiating the account deletion process, you confirm that you understand and accept the consequences of permanently deleting your account, including the loss of access to your data and associated services.

2. Data Retention:

Upon account deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our systems. This includes, but is not limited to, profile information, preferences, and any user-generated content. We may retain certain non-personal and anonymized data for analytical purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. Deletion Process:

a. In Circumpay App,Click the tab "Me",then go to the "My Profile" page.

b. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, Click button "Delete Account".
c. Click the 'OK' button, the delete process will take up immediately,and cannot be reversed.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

In certain exceptional circumstances, such as legal obligations or security concerns, we may retain or delete your account data outside the standard deletion process. Any such actions will be in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
