Restock machines means refill products into machine, Do it in two steps

5.1 Two steps to restock

Step 1: Make decision what to take

  • 1)        In home page under “Location Performance” window (See picture below)

  • 2)        Tick to select machine you want to refill
  • 3)        Click ‘Restock’ button
  • 4)        Press Print button to print the restock plan and then pack products by following the “Location Summary”  for each location

Step 2: Restock on Machine

  • 1)        For monitoring only DTU, press and HOLD green/red button for 10s
  • 2)        For cashless/credit card system, press and HOLD Collection button on DTU for 10s

This will tell our system machine been restocked, and then set current level of all coils back to PAR level.

 

5.2 Manual Restock

Forgot press restock button when you refill the machine?  When you get home

 

  • 1)        Click System->Machine menu
  • 2)        Tick to select machine and click ‘Manual Restock’ button.
  • 3)        Select ‘After Next Data Report’ and then OK
  •  

5.3 Not enough stock?

Even take extra stocks, you may still short of some products. What you can do to make machine planogram accurate?

  • 1)        Write down how many products SHORT of a coil.
  • 2)        When you get home, go to System->Machine menu and then click Machine ID to see planogram
  • 3)        Click the coil NO in planogram to update coil
  • 4)        Take away SHORT number you write down in 1)
  • 5)        Press OK to save
