We have locations ready, now, it’s time to create machine record for each location.
Normally, you can call 1300 656 882 to let us do it for your. But you can still do it youself.
3.1 Create a machine
- 1) Click System->Machine menu
- 2) Click Create button
- 3) Input the Machine detail info
- Serial No: This number is usually located on your machine
- Machine model: Select the model of your machine (contact us if your machine model is not in the drop down list)
- DTU: Input the last 5 numbers of the IMEI. Select the corresponding DTU number from the drop down list (make sure power is on or it may not appear)
- Pick the location the machine belongs to from the drop down list (location not created? click “New Location” button to create)
- Route: Pick up a route
- Template: If a default template is available for the model of your machine you can select it. If there is no default template, leave blank
- Other info: Leave all blank or unchecked.
- 4) Click OK to save
3.2 Modify a machine
- 1) Click System->Machine menu
- 2) Tick to select the machine to modify
- 3) Click Update button at the bottom of page or click the green button to the right of the machine under "Actions"
- 4) Change machine details as required and then click OK to save
3.3 Link / Unlink DTU to a Machine
You ONLY need this function if you didn’t link a DTU when you created a new machine or need to link a replacement DTU.
- 1) Click System->Machine menu
- 2) Click Update button at the bottom of page or click the green iccon to the right of the machine under "Actions"
- 3) Pickup the new DTU IMEI (or select ------ if want to unlink DTU)
- 4) Click Yes and then click OK to save.
