A "Planogram: refers to teh lay out of your machine. Can also be refferd to as a coil plan.
4.1 Create new planogram
There are two ways to create a planogram for a machine
4.1.1: Create a planogram coil by coil
If a machine does not have a default template, you will need to create one using the following steps:
- 1) Click System->Machine menu
- 2) Select the relevant machine and click the "planogram" button at the bottom of the page or the blue planogram icon to the right of the machine record under "Actions"
- 3) In the planogram window, click the Create button
- 4) Input following info in the coil update window
- Coil No: The coil number in your machine; for example A1 or 10
- Product: Select the product name from the drop down list of the item you have in this coil (If the product is not in the list, click New button to create one)
- Price: This is the price you set on the machine. If you want to change the sell price it must be done on the machine and it will update in your planogram automatically.
- Par Level: Maximum number of product you will put into this coil
- Alarm Level: Normally 2, when current level is less than the alarm level, a "coil low" alarm will be created
- Current Level: How many items are currently in this coil
- 5) Click OK to save.
4.2.2: Load from a template
- 1) Click System->Machine menu
- 2) Click machine Asset ID or click the blue icon to the right of the machine record under "Actions"
- 3) Click Load button (No template in the list? See 3.4.3 save planogram as a template)
4.2 Modify planogram
- 1) Click System->Machine menu
- 2) Click machine Asset ID or press the blue icon at the right of the machine record, then you can see planogram window like below:
- 3) Click Coil No or button at the end of each coil.
- 4) Change coil details and then Click OK
- 5) To delete an coil, in 3) click the red button at the end of each coil.
4.3 Save planogram as a template
After creating a planogram for a machine, save it as a template. And then if you have more machines of same model in the future, you can simply load the template
- 1) Click System->Machine menu
- 2) Click machine Asset ID or click the blue icon to the right of the machine record under "Actions"
- 3) Click Save As button
- 4) Give template a name
- 5) Press Ok to save
